VIP2 All Genentech members will receive an additional 1% return on investment when they reach VIP2.   

VIP3 All Genentech members will receive an additional 2% return on investment when they reach VIP3.   

VIP4 All Genentech members will receive an additional 3.5% return on investment when they reach VIP4.

VIP5 All Genentech members will receive an additional 4% return on investment when they reach VIP5.
